About the Film:

THE EXTINCTION CLOCK IS TICKING ON OUR BLACK COCKATOOS. WILL WE SAVE THEM IN TIME?

Australia's iconic black cockatoos are in crisis. Their numbers have fallen dramatically over the past few decades and all three species in the south-west of WA could become extinct in just 20 years unless something is done to protect their habitats. Black Cockatoo Crisis looks at the plight of our special cockatoos and what we can do to stop these threatened species from disappearing forever.

 Who will love this event:

This film will pull at your heartstrings. Fall in love with Australia's unique Black Cockatoos and hopefully, you will leave with all the tools to activate your own conservation goals. If you have dedicated your life to conservation or just have a love for black cockatoos or animals in general, this film is not one to miss.

At the finale, the filmmaker, industry scientists, and experts will be on stage for an open question-and-answer session.

This film is not only for the Black Cockatoos but to trigger the movement, as humans, we need to adapt to protect biodiversity.
